Shamal Az-Zour Al-Oula Power and Water Company K.S.C. (Public) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 March 2023. The company’s shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of 4 fils per share, totaling KWD 4,400,000 (four million four hundred thousand Kuwaiti Dinars).
