Shamal Az-Zour Al-Oula Power and Water Company K.S.C. (Public) held its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on 25 November 2021. The company’s shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute a quarterly cash dividend of 9 fils per share, totaling KWD 9,900,000 (nine million nine hundred thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) from retained earnings and profit to shareholders registered in the company’s records.
